Springfield Properties PLC is family-owned and run; our chairman is Sandy Adam, the founder's grandson. We've been around since 1956 and we moved into house building in the early 1990s. We've been growing steadily ever since, and today we build around 500 homes a year. That's an important point: it's steady growth, built on looking after our customers.
