We also do franchising differently. In an industry where "site only" franchise agreements are the norm, we offer protected areas. Most franchises do not provide performance data in their federal disclosures. We do! Many franchises do not even operate any of their own concepts so they don't fully understand what franchisees have to deal with. No ivory tower thinking here...our founder and CEO is a multi-unit franchisee. This means every decision we make corporately affects him personally. And our #1 focus is our franchise partners profitability. What good are increased sales if it doesn't transfer to the bottom line?
