The Stuart Rental Company is the oldest and most recognized party rental and event production company in the Bay Area. Formed in 1849 to provide temporary canvas shelter for prospectors during the Gold Rush, Stuart has provided equipment and award-winning event services for decades of Northern California galas and celebrations. Stuart also donated tents for displaced residents of the 1906 earthquake and manufactured netting that saved 19 lives during construction of the Golden Gate Bridge. In early 2004, local management was restored to Stuart Rental who brought with them a commitment to excellent customer service, value pricing, and quality products. Today, the company maintains one of the most extensive inventories of tenting, china, flatware, linen, furnishings and other event equipment in the United States. From its corporate headquarters in Silicon Valley, The Stuart Rental Company is one of the largest 25 party rental companies in the United States and regularly services the area from Napa to Sacramento to the Monterey Peninsula.
