NeoLithica is positioned as a future producer of battery-grade lithium carbonate by leveraging its 609,853 hectares (1,550 square miles) of high-value crown mineral tenure in northwestern Alberta. This region is home to thick, extensive, and highly-productive lithium-brine aquifers, permitting the company to take a strong position in this nascent high-growth industry. NeoLithica’s flagship Peace River Lithium Project is currently conducting its final pre-commercialization development work. NeoLithica has entered into a strategically important Joint Venture with LiEP Resources, a leading Calgary-based lithium technology company, to commercially implement their leading-edge and proven direct lithium extraction and refining processes and technologies. NeoLithica and LiEP are jointly preparing to conduct a Demonstration Pilot in H2 2023, with the objective of producing samples of battery-grade lithium carbonate to send to key purchasers of this important commodity. Upon completing the pilot, NeoLithica will produce economic assessment study, with completion anticipated by Q4 2023.
