Orluff Opheikens is founder and president of R&O Construction which was established in 1980. Today R&O has nearly 200 employees and currently operates throughout the Western United States, building wherever the clients take us. With corporate headquarters in Ogden, Utah, R&O also maintains regional offices in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Denver, Colorado. R&O got its start in the retail industry, an industry where deadlines have no flexibility. That's how we learned to meet our deadlines so well. We won't compromise quality to meet deadlines either. Instead we carefully schedule the project and constantly update the critical areas to keep the project on track.
