Automated Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI) was established in 1988 by Wanda F. Morris and Vincent P. Duffy, Jr. Mr. Duffy is a 1960 graduate of The University of Alabama. He was president of Grace China Company before founding and serving as executive vice-president of Kanney Marketing Services of Long Island, New York. In 1983, Mr. Duffy founded and served as president of Touch and Save of Nashville, Inc. until it was acquired by Telecom*USA in December of 1988. Mr. Duffy is the Chief Executive Officer of ACSI. Ms. Morris of Nashville, TN began her collection career in 1976 with Credit Clearing Corporation, attaining the position of collection manager. In 1981, she joined Central Adjustment Bureau, Inc., and held several key positions, including collection manager and regional operations manager in charge of fourteen branch offices covering twenty-two states. Ms. Morris is the Chief Operations Officer for ACSI. Ms. Morris' twenty plus years experience in the collection industry sets the foundation for ACSI's ability to recover past due receivables. Mr. Duffy's varied experience gives ACSI a solid business foundation. Their combination of knowledge and experience gives ACSI leadership, vision and a unique understanding of the collection industry.
