The Company, headquartered in Niles, Michigan, has approximately 600 employees located in five manufacturing facilities in the United States and England, and consists of two business units, the Wire Division and the Engineered Products Division. Tire bead wire, carbon steel weld wire and stainless steel weld wire are manufactured in the Wire Division.
