Balance is Washington's premier training and sporting facility. Our certified personal trainers and top-notch facility offer athletes and athletic-minded people of all ages and abilities a full range of training options, from one-on-one training to small-group training. Our gym, located just north of Dupont Circle, features athletic and functional training equipment, a full-length basketball court, and a private training studio. We also provide opportunities to play recreational and competitive sports, including basketball and volleyball. The Balance Gym concept is to provide the top athletic training techniques using a broad range of equipment in a unique facility to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Balance has been delivering personal training and small group training in the DC area for since 2004.
