We facilitate honest dialogue to resolve conflict and advance racial & social justice. We provide training & consultation. We build skills & capacity. We envision inclusive and just communities in which people connect across differences and equitably share opportunities to thrive. WE SERVE Individuals, Neighbors, Landlords, Tenants, Youth & Families Organizations, Businesses, Non Profits, Public Agencies, Schools & Districts WE CENTER THE MOST IMPACTED We offer training, coaching, and consulting to strengthen relationships. We engage people, policies, and practices to shift systems and improve outcomes. In 2017, we served 11,064 people (9,432 youth) resolving conflict and repairing harm. We trained 3,192 people and subsidized $105,000 in Paya scholarships to build skills and capacity towards more equitable communities and organizations. WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE ACCESS FOR ALL The training and resources available are meant for everyone. We strive to make our classes accessible to as many people as possible.
