Eduk Group, Inc. (Eduk) was initially organized in 2004 as the advisory entity for its member institutions. It is the combination of two established post-secondary educational institutions offering a diverse number of programs leading to a certificate, an associate degree or a bachelor's degree. The two institutions are Instituto de Banca y Comercio (IBC) and National College of Business and Technology (National). During 2008 and 2009 Eduk acquired Ponce Paramedical College (POPAC) in Puerto Rico and Florida Technical College (FTC) in Florida.
