Advance Care Alliance (ACA) is dedicated to providing the support and services you or your loved one with an intellectual or developmental disability need to lead an active, healthy and fulfilling life. ACA was formed by three provider networks–Alliance Care Network, Advance of Greater New York, and Long Island Alliance–who together represent more than 90 well-established, not-for-profit agencies operating in New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley.
