About
COYA Restaurant, Bar and Members club brings the spirit of Latin America to the heart of London, Abu Dhabi, Monaco and Dubai - brought to you by a dynamic new team put together by Mr. Arjun Waney, the restaurateur behind world renowned restaurants Zuma, Roka, Oblix, La Petite Maison and The Arts Club.\n\nCulinary Director Sanjay Dwivedi, who has formerly graced the kitchens of Zaika, Le Caprice and The Ivy has created his menu in a signature open plan kitchen whilst entertaining with the knowledge and skills developed over many months spent in the kitchens of Lima such as Cala and Astrid & Gaston. Sanjay has maintained the traditional elements of Peruvian cuisine while creating a contemporary menu for the modern and cosmopolitan London, Monaco and Dubai scene.\n\nWith a modern Peruvian restaurant at the centre of COYA's culture, chefs entertain as food is prepared in one of three open kitchens: the Ceviche Bar, the Open Charcoal Grill and the Central Kitchen. The menu at COYA keeps traditional elements of Peruvian cooking alive while creating a contemporary cuisine for a modern clientele.\n\nSitting adjacent to the main dining room lies an extensive Pisco Bar specialising in bespoke Pisco infusions unique to COYA, with over 40 tequilas and an extensive Mezcal & Rum list. The bar at COYA is an experience that brings together tastes, sights and sounds that are the essence of Latin America.
