About
Lifetime Assistance provides high-quality training and prepares workers with developmental disabilities for employment. Workers supported by our organization work alongside employees without disabilities. While many career paths are available, Lifetime Assistance provides specialized training in the areas of food service, hand-intensive assembly, maintenance, shipping and receiving, janitorial services, catering, clerical assistance, and light manufacturing and production. In addition to this work-ready pool of applicants, we operate a vocational work center, LAICO Industries & Services, where companies contract for hand-intensive labor. The mission of Lifetime Assistance is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their efforts to achieve life's successes. We continue to partner with area employers throughout the Greater Rochester community. As we build upon the progress of the ADA, we look forward to success in removing attitudinal barriers, and celebrate the many remarkable Lifetime partnerships that support individuals with developmental disabilities. In collaboration with our accepting and inclusive community, we remain dedicated to the spirit and vision of the Americans with Disabilities Act. James Branciforte is president and CEO of Lifetime Assistance Inc. and LAICO Industries & Services, serving more than 1,500 individuals with disabilities at 40 locations.
