Miromar Development Corp. is a multi-faceted international real estate company with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the United States and Canada. Miromar Development owns and operates outlet centers in Southwest Florida and in Quebec, as well as office buildings and business complexes in Montréal, Québec. Miromar Development was the first company to introduce factory outlet centers in Canada, with the opening of Promenades Hudson (just west of Montréal) in 1989. The company developed and manages Miromar Outlets, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, Miromar Realty of Southwest Florida, Inc., Miromar TItle Company LLC and the International Design Center, all located in Southwest Florida midway between Naples and Fort Myers and minutes from Southwest International Airport.
