Additech is an information services business focused on selling branded gasoline additives, dispensing coupons and other communications to consumers, enabling cross-selling opportunities, securely collecting information about consumer habits, as well as providing other, non gasoline products and services at gasoline dispensers. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company designs, markets, installs, maintains, and remotely operates a retail delivery system consisting of proprietary software and hardware that attaches to gasoline dispensers (the "Additech System"). The Additech System enables consumers to automatically dispense branded fuel additives into their gasoline during the normal course of fueling their vehicles. The gasoline retailers, who are our customers, do not incur any capital costs, need not make any investment in inventory and are not responsible for maintenance.
