The Female Company is a direct-to-consumer FemCare company, setting a new standard for solutions around female intimacy. The mission is to empower women to be proud in their womenhood, by reinterpreting long overlooked and underestimated categories around female intimacy – starting with the period. The company's signature product is its subscription of organic and sustainably-packaged period products that fits through the letterbox. To accelerate change TFC uses its online platform to educate, and its provocative marketing to create awareness, such as with the award-winning "Tampon Book" or the "One Girl One Cup" campaign. To name one of many successes within the last years: The Tampon Book campaign played a central role in reducing the tampon tax for Germany in January 2020. TFC is based in Berlin and was founded in 2018 by female founders Ann-Sophie Claus and Sinja Stadelmaier.
