For 145 years, the YWCA of Western Massachusetts has served our region, guided by its founding principle: to provide shelter, support services, and tools for self-sufficiency for women and girls in our community. The YWCA provides a 24-hour crisis hotline, as well as shelter, support and self-sufficiency services for women and children who have experienced domestic violence and/or sexual assault, pregnant and parenting teens and out-of-school youth.
