esd is all about building a new world and we want you to help us. esd is a joint venture between Black & Veatch, Galliford Try and MWH, formed to deliver Scottish Water's Q&SIV Non Infrastructure Programme from 2015-2021. It is a fully integrated joint venture, combining the experience, expertise, people and systems of the three partners, to form a single integrated team delivering as esd. esd was formed early in 2014 from three of the UK's major deliverers of water non-infrastructure, with all the necessary in-house to deliver the programme. Our partners are heavily committed to the water sector, working in Scotland and for Scottish Water. Equally important, the three partners have long standing relationships that together successfully have strong balance sheets with combined revenue of £4.5bn. Scottish water knows each of us well, as between us we have over 120 years of service to the water industry in Scotland. We are proud and protective of our reputations, relationships and brands. We have a history of working together in successful collaborative ventures.
