Who Cares? Scotland is a membership organisation that believes in a lifetime of equality, respect and love for care experienced people. We also provide independent advocacy to children and young people in care up to 25-years-old.\n \nBut no matter your age or how long you have been or were in care, anyone with care experience can be a member of Who Cares? Scotland. We currently have over 2,500 members of all ages and experiences, from all over Scotland.\n \nWhat does care experienced mean?\nThe term â??care experiencedâ?? refers to anyone who has been or is currently in care.
