Mendick Waring Limited (MWL) is an established, client-focused multi-disciplinary practice of Building Services Engineering Consultants based in North London. \n\nThe practice has grown steadily since 1987 and now has over 65 staff. Our clients' expectations are our benchmark and matching our designs to their brief is our prime objective. In doing this we have built a reputation for being flexible and responsive to changing environments while staying focused on clients’ needs. \n\nSustainability is at the heart of all our projects and projects have included solar water heating, photovoltaics, geothermal heating installations, well water installations, sewage treatment plants, whole house heat recovery and rainwater harvesting.\n\nWe have worked on a variety of commercial and residential projects from single family dwellings to multi-million pound speculative developer led projects.
