Rocialle Healthcare Ltd was created in 2019 but has been supplying high quality products to healthcare providers for more than 35 years. As Rocialle, in Wales we manufacture and sterilise packs containing all of the consumables required for specific procedures in surgical theatres, in wards and clinics and in the community. Guardian, with design and manufacturing facilities in Scotland, has a unique place in the surgical textile market, based on our ability to meet needs for innovative products, especially high specification drapes for particular procedures. From each site, we offer contract manufacturing services. Other products we supply include Personal Protective Equipment and single-use surgical instruments.\n\nEmploying four hundred people, Rocialle Healthcare was created by a joint venture between Zhende and Multigate. Zhende, a market leading, Shanghai Exchange listed business, specialises in wound management and supplies surgical and medical consumables to 73 countries around the world. Multigate Medical Products is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of procedure packs and medical consumables for the public and private hospital markets.
