The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts fosters a love and appreciation for the performing arts in audiences of today and tomorrow. Celebrating nine years of world-class entertainment, The Hanover Theatre is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 theaters in the world. The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts seeks to bring world-class theatre, music and entertainment events to central Massachusetts. In doing so, we will: Participate fully in the revitalization of downtown Worcester by bringing patrons into the Federal Square area for performing arts events, dining, and shopping. Restore a historically and architecturally significant venue. Provide a vital resource for central Massachusetts' performing arts, cultural and civic organizations and colleges. The Hanover Theatre will enhance the city's Theatre District by creating an exciting performing arts destination for patrons of all ages.
