360Works is a Georgia LLC company (Prometheus Systems Consulting LLC d/b/a 360Works) established in April of 1996. We were originally founded as a Macintosh IT support consulting company, but by 1999 we had shifted our focus to FileMaker consulting and custom database development with FileMaker Pro for desktop applications (http://www.filemaker.com) and Java / WebObjects for web applications (http://www.apple.com/WebObjects).
360Works is a Platinum member of the FileMaker Business Allance, and currently employs ten people, seven of whom are certified FileMaker developers. The company president, Jesse Barnum, has been invited to present 360Works products at several FileMaker Developer groups around the country. He also leads the Atlanta FileMaker Developer group, which meets monthly.
In addition to our FileMaker skills, we have a very strong Java programming background. Five of our staff have Java expertise including GUI and Applet development with Swing/AWT, Web/HTML/XML development, networking with RMI and sockets, and multimedia programming for video and audio. One particular niche that we focus on is integrating our Java and FileMaker skills in various ways.
Besides developing FileMaker solutions and Java, we enjoy any new technology challenge. This has led to us branching into diverse technologies such as Objective-C, Cocoa, Ruby, PHP, AppleScript, OpenGL real-time rendering, and QuickTime. If you can think it up, we'll find a way to make it work.
