I have always had a heart for helping others. Most people in the medical field do. After years of training medical assistants, I realized that some of my best students weren’t finding the best jobs. It isn’t that the work wasn’t out there. It was that the MA field is jaded. Many times the MA and office managers weren’t communicating on the same level and this miscommunication created resentment, mistrust, and the mindset of being taken advantage of.
