Shumaker Consulting Engineering and Land Surveying, D.P.C. (SCE) was established in 1956 and reincorporated under the leadership of Linda M. Shumaker, P.E., President and Managing Principal, in 1992. SCE is a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) with our corporate headquarters located in Binghamton, NY. Additional offices are strategically located in the cities of Utica, NY; Albany, NY; Montrose, PA; Cleveland, OH; and Scarborough, ME. We employ knowledgeable and dedicated staff at each of our office locations allowing our firm to respond quickly to most requests. We meet demanding schedules and accommodate limited budgets to successfully complete your most difficult project assignments. We understand the importance to complete short notice assignments in a timely and economical manner.
