The Durham Performing Arts Center is currently under construction downtown in the American Tobacco District, adjacent to the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Spearheaded by the City of Durham, the $44 million venue is the creation of Chapel Hill architects Szostak Design and Dallas-based developer Garfield-Traub.
