Achieve together is one of the UK’s leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs. We are dedicated to empowering individuals, enabling them to develop skills for life and healthy relationships, as well as supporting them to boost their confidence and self-esteem. Our organisation, established in 2018, is built on the legacy of two long-standing and well-respected specialist support providers with over 25 years of expertise, Care Management Group (CMG) and Regard. Regard was set up in 1994 by two people who wanted to make a difference to the lives of people with disabilities, and CMG was founded in 1996 by the parent of a person with learning disabilities and autism. Our shared ethos has always been to have the people we support and their families at the heart of our organisation and at the centre of everything we do. Together we are focused on sharing and learning from the best of both legacy organisations to provide a strong foundation to offer the best possible support. Today, our team of expert practitioners is proud to deliver high-quality support to over 2,000 people in over 350 services across England and Wales. As a joint organisation, we endeavour to be a continuing leader in best practice across the country and ensure that the people we support have every opportunity to fulfil their potential. Our goal is to drive quality across the sector and lead by example.
