The Health Collaborative is a nonprofit multi-stakeholder convening organization based in Cincinnati, Ohio, delivering cross-sector solutions and health improvement pilot projects to the region. We serve as the community's neutral forum for all local stakeholders invested in the triple aim of better health, better care, and lower cost. We create opportunities to collaborate, determine best practices, set community standards, and improve overall healthcare work flow and delivery in our region. Our services include a robust set of improvement-oriented benefits to our membership, which includes 30 hospital and health systems, 150 long-term care facilities, and more than 100 select business partners.
We are an independent, neutral, and trusted repository of health data which can be analyzed and provided to customers to improve healthcare efficiency. HealthBridge, a service line of The Health Collaborative, offers an "hb/suite" of products, including consulting, education, convening, and health information technology solutions that enable stakeholders to make smarter decisions to enhance patient care and lower healthcare costs for customers in and outside of the Greater Cincinnati region.
The "pillars" of our work include: catalyzing community will around solutions through collective impact; managing large-scale improvement projects; providing data and value-added solutions to improve healthcare processes; and accelerating innovation with our partners to make health and healthcare a competitive advantage for Greater Cincinnati.
