About
Opioids could kill nearly 500,000 Americans in the next decade. But we can solve this epidemic together. The opioid epidemic touches all walks of life. The people suffering are our neighbors, friends, and family members. However, many who suffer from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) lack access to the high-quality care they deserve. The good news is that there are promising trends: • Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), with prescription medications like Suboxone®, is more successful in leading to long-term recovery, reduces the risk of overdose, and lowers total medical costs. • Counseling and peer coaching helps to rebuild social support for meaningful recovery. • Integrated delivery system that provides addiction expertise and care coordination wherever patients live. That's where we come in. Our program combines the best evidence-based practices into a community-based delivery model. Our objective is to help people achieve their recovery goals, tailored to their individual situation. By partnering with local organizations, we provide a customized experience to people in need, meeting them in their community, at the right time, with the right plan to achieve a better life. ----------------------------------- • NH Recovery Friendly Workplace - Designated July 2019
