Liberman Broadcasting Corporation is a Spanish-language broadcaster in the United States. Liberman created radio and television clusters in Los Angeles and Houston. The Los Angeles cluster consists of five Spanish-language radio stations that include four frequency modulation (FM) and one amplitude modulation (AM) stations with time-brokered programming, as well as and a television station. The Houston cluster consists of seven Spanish-language radio stations that include five FM and two AM stations with time-brokered programming and a television station. It also owns television stations serving Dallas and San Diego. In addition, Liberman operates a television production facility in Empire Burbank Studios, Burbank, California, which is used to produce television programming. On January 12, 2004, the Company entered the Dallas-Fort Worth market with the acquisition of KMPX-TV. The activities provided include promotional and advertising opportunities for the Company's clients.
