Started in 1965, we have dedicated more than 40 years to helping women achieve their health, fitness and wellness goals. Total Woman’s visionary founder, Art Stone, began his first health club with a single store called World for Women in West Los Angeles. The idea came to him as owner and operator of Kismet Beauty Salons, a chain of 11 successful beauty salons in the Los Angeles area.
