TriEagle Energy utilizes the services of Savant on an on-going basis to develop software solutions for all aspects of the business ranging from customer acquisition to financial management. Savant, with offices in Texas and India, provides Business Consulting, Software Solutions Development, and Support and Maintenance Services. Additionally, Savant provides Managed Services in the areas of Pricing, Settlements, and Data Management to TriEagle using trained professionals. Savant provides round the clock support for the software systems at TriEagle resulting in a lower cost of service to TriEagle's customers. TriEagle Energy understands the importance of providing an accurate and timely bill to our customers. To insure the highest level of customer service, we have retained ista, formerly Viterra Energy Services, with operations in 28 countries and billings of approximately 22 million customers per year, including approximately 600,000 accounts in the US. Annual billing service revenues are $500 million in US dollars. The US headquarters is in San Diego, with regional offices in Atlanta, Chicago and Jacksonville. Unlike most "off-the-shelf" packages that were written with older platforms and software languages long before the Internet was born, ista's billing software is entirely Web-based from the ground up, with the latest generation of software tools and products. TriEagle Energy understands the importance of the accurate transfer, monitoring and validation of each market data transaction. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, TriEagle Energy has employed EC Power to provide EDI services. Formed in 1995, the group has a long history in this fast moving e-commerce space, facilitating business-to-business transaction movements in a rapid and cost-effective manner. EC Power is an application service provider (ASP), providing data transformation, intelligent transaction routing, and web-based reporting services. They began their transaction routing services with one of the energy industry's largest and most innovative companies more than four years ago, in the wholesale natural gas and electric power arenas. EC Power began entering the deregulating retail electric power markets in 1998, and have aggressively pursued utility certification for trading partner setup in each additional state as it deregulates. Our close relationship with each of these companies allows us the strong foundation needed to be flexible and proactive in the highly competitive deregulated energy marketplace.
