Save A Warrior™ (SAW) is the original, Warrior-led, well-grounded commonsense experience for Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders struggling with Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). Our novel approach to healing, one that is intensely communal in nature, transforms the lives of those who feel deeply and desperately alone. Everything we do at SAW has proven effective. The goal of our "war detox" experience is to reduce pain and increase resiliency. SAW is not only a solution to saving a life, it is also a vehicle for Warriors seeking a life of full self-expression. Our innovative week long residential experience – the subject of several documentary films – emphasizes training in Warrior Meditation™, as well as an exploration into the understanding of self-motivation; what truly moves and inspires individuals towards a life of satisfaction and fulfillment through Servant Leadership. Additional training and exposure includes horse-inspired equine assisted learning, team building and ropes courses, as well as an exploration into various meditative art forms for the attendant healing and inspiration that is available. This life-saving program is free for Active Duty Military, Veterans and First Responders, funded solely by individual donations.
