In June 1999, J&L Industries, LLC (Keithville, Louisiana) purchased the business assets of Thermoguard Equipment Inc. (Spokane, Washington) and changed its name to Alliance Machine Systems, LLC. In June 2000, Alliance reached agreement to acquire Quadro Engineering BV (Hengevelde, Holland) and Serco Holland BV (Bladel, Holland). In August, 2001 ASC/Pallmac became part of Alliance.
