D-Tech's goal is to be the Premier independent provider of rotary steerable solutions to operators and directional companies in the North America land and international markets. To date, we have delivered cost-effective and reliable rotary steerable service to 73 customers in 9 different countries. Our technology is plug-and-play into virtually any drilling program, utilizing existing BHA components with no special tools required. D-Tech's goal is to make adding Rotary Steerable to your BHA simple and value adding, enabling you to drill farther and faster. Functionality: - ‘Push the bit' 12' long rotary steerable tool - Full 3D directional control with build, drop and turn - Everything rotates, reduces friction and LIH risk - Can drill vertical, back build and horizontal sections. - Tool is able to hold Inclination and Azimuth through downlink commands. Principle of Operation - Steering section uses 6 hydraulically operated pistons to ‘push' against the wellbore and steer in the opposite direction - Pistons achieve their force by diverting 5% of the drilling fluid into the steering chambers - Non-magnetic collar contains an electronic control system with a 6-axis accelerometer / magnetometer package - Turbine-powered electronics control system New Technology - Our "D-Tech Curve"​ is in field testing and has already delivered consistent 8 degree curves in numerous basins. - Ruggedized pistons and higher LCM tolerance capabilities are being deployed currently. - 7 7/8 and 9 7/8 Hole sizes now availableD-Tech Rotary Steerable Address
