Think of us as your own private commissary for fresh kettle cooked foods, like soups, chilies, stews, sauces, gravies, marinades, sides and pasta sauce entrees! Choose from our published line of fresh, ready to serve products, select recipes from our vast recipe library, or have us create a recipe just for you. We have the capabilities to package for retail in multiple size options as well as bulk/foodservice. Proprietary recipe development and custom manufacturing are our specialties. We also provide private label options. Our low minimums allow our customers more flexibility with their menus. With over a decade of experience in fresh food manufacturing, we understand the intricate and delicate balance of taking a recipe and producing it on a grand scale while still maintaining the recipe’s integrity. Under the leadership of Shane Hendren, we are creating numerous recipes specifically for our customers to call their very own.
