SIGN is a 501(c)(3) Humanitarian Aid Organization focusing on Orthopaedic Trauma Care. Our mission is "To Create Equality of Fracture Care Throughout The World". We work year round with 200 hopsitals in more than 50 developing countries. As of today, we have healed more than 245,000 patients with our orthopaedic implants which are given free of charge to patients in need.
