Council on Aging Services for Seniors is a private 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has been providing services for Sonoma County seniors and their families since 1966.

- Information and Assistance: Information about senior services
- Senior Social Club, an Adult Day Program: Socialization and care for seniors
- Care Navigator: Home visit to assess needs
- Senior Care Coordination: Long-term care coordination by professionals
- Senior Peer Support: Trained volunteers who help seniors struggling with serious mental illness
- Healthy Ideas: Depression screening, case management and referrals to appropriate professionals
- Family Justice Center: Elder advocacy for victims of domestic and financial abuse
Financial Services
-Daily Money Management: Bonded and insured counselors assisting seniors in bill pay, checkbook reconciliation and other financial needs
- Conservatorships: Court-appointed fiduciaries for those unable to manage their financial affairs

Legal Services
- Estate Planning: Comprehensive legal services emphasizing estate planning and advance healthcare directives
- Lawyer Referral Service: State Bar-certified referral service to a panel of elder law attorneys
Nutrition Services
- Meals on Wheels: Delivery of fresh meals daily to home-bound seniors
- Dining Sites: Nutritious meals and social connections at dining sites
- Therapeutic Meals: Special diets for vegetarian and renal needs
