This information provides decision-makers with evidence to objectively measure risk versus reward and weigh challenges versus opportunities of land development, redevelopment, acquisition, resale, and more; but accessing and mapping this data is challenging and time consuming, often requiring land stakeholders to visit multiple sites and rely on outdated resources, with no guarantee of procuring accurate data for mapping or being able to adequately visualize the data.
