Harry S. Miller has consulted with defrauded investors and attorneys throughout the country and internationally in connection with securities arbitrations and stockbroker/customer disputes. He has represented customers against virtually all of the major brokerage firms as well as against smaller broker-dealers and independent investment advisors. The vast majority of such claims are settled through negotiations prior to arbitration. Mr. Miller has accepted many cases on a contingency fee basis so that the legal fee is only payable as a percentage of the ultimate arbitration award or settlement amount. He offers a free initial consultation. He also may be retained on an hourly fee basis. In appropriate circumstances he will provide services based upon a hybrid fee which combines retainers with a cap on the payments, to be applied against a contingency fee.
