As a parent of a child with a disability, Nick Cappoletti has a unique perspective on the needs of our members. Based on experience caring for his son Mark, he is dedicated to promoting choice and full community participation for individuals through all phases of life, from birth to adulthood. Prior to leading LIFEPlan, Nick served as Executive Director of Advocates Inc., a Syracuse-based agency providing supports and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
