It seems that the words "Exceeding Customer Expectations" are used quite freely in today's aviation marketplace. Most all aviation maintenance providers claim to "Exceed Customer Expectations". If asked what that means, most will cite things like quality, turn time and price. These are buzz words for sure and most may actually provide a quality product for a reasonable price in a reasonable time and probably believe that they are exceeding expectations. Here at Able, we have an alternate version of reality... We believe that quality, turn & price are the minimum requirements and providing these simply meets expectations. Our contention has always been that exceeding expectations has everything to do with the customer experience. We know that our customers have no choice but to maintain their aircraft. We also know that they do have choices as to who provides the maintenance. That's why we've built a network of field service and customer service representatives to ensure that your "experience" is second to none. Nobody wants to spend money on maintenance; but when you do, the experience should be as painless as possible.
