Founded in 2007, APL is an inclusive K-12 school serving students across the autism spectrum along with their typically developing peers in an inclusive, academically challenging and socially vibrant environment. APL operates both a school and an embedded licensed behavioral health agency supporting Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for students with autism. We employ 90 staff with an annual operating budget of $5 million. Families have moved from Germany, France, Hawaii and many other states across the country to come to Seattle and send their children to APL. APL has grown quickly in response to demand since our founding, now serving approximately 115 students.
