WFO is a resource to break the cycle of poverty in the Bay Area and level the employment playing field by outfitting aspiring professionals with the confidence, skills, needed to launch their careers. Always looking towards the goal of providing critical programs that meet the needs of the community, WFO provides low-income job seekers with the tools and connections to secure employment and empowers entry-level workers with the skills they need to maintain employment and advance in the workplace.
