Ultra Clean Technology designs and manufactures gas delivery systems that control the high-purity gases used in the processing of semiconductor devices. These gas delivery systems are configured to address the specific needs of the semiconductor capital equipment industry. Through the use of advanced manufacturing methodologies and quality assurance procedures, we produce highly reliable, cost-effective, custom-designed application-specific systems. UCT is involved in all stages of design, as a partner in the process of developing a system that fully meets end-user process specifications. UCT was founded in 1991 as a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, and was acquired in 2002 by Francisco Partners, the world's largest technology-focused buyout firm, along with members of UCT's management team. Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. is the parent company of Ultra Clean Technology Systems and Service, Inc., under which the Company conducts its operations. UCT's global headquarters is located in Menlo Park, CA. This facility also houses a 6,500 square foot cleanroom facility supporting both new product introduction and volume production. In 2000, we opened a manufacturing facility in Austin, Texas to support customers in the Southwest, and in 2002 we expanded our operations to the Pacific Northwest with the opening of our newest facility in the Portland, Oregon area.Ultra Clean Holdings Address
