Signature Living Ltd is a Hospitality & Property Development company owned and operated by Lawrence & Katie Kenwright.\n\nSignature Living is the UK’s most exciting hotel developer and operator. Launched in 2008, the Signature Group specialise in large group accommodation, heritage hotels and spectacular weddings & events spaces which are located within many of the group's hotels. \n\nSignature Living currently operates 5 hotels in the UK, including the Signature Living Hotel, The Shankly Hotel, 30 James Street and Arthouse Hotel which are all located in Liverpool. The group opened their first hotel outside of Liverpool in 2017, The Exchange Hotel which is located in Cardiff. \n\nThe Signature Living Group have further plans for the rest of the UK with four hotels due to open in 2018 including the Dixie Dean Hotel in Liverpool, The Harris Hotel in Preston as well as The George Best and Lanyon Hotels in Belfast.\n\nThe group are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth which sees them develop some of the UK’s most recognised listed landmarks including Rainhill Hall in Merseyside.Signature Living Address
