Our company was started in 2010 as a cell phone repair shop that valued quality repairs, quick turnaround, and a customer-first focus. This model worked well for the public, so when a local school asked if such ethics could apply to a school repair service, we were ready to take on the challenge. They asked, we delivered, and Cell Tech has been rapidly growing ever since.\n\nTo service our new client, we created a trained technician team and a special workshop dedicated to repair any devices the school needed while our development team created the first concept of our native repair management software, Repair Genie. The built infrastructure proved to meet and exceed all of the school’s needs, allowing us to open additional workshops and train additional technicians.
