Executive Suites by Lindsey provides fully-equipped corporate accommodations at many locations for both extended-stay and short-term interim housing needs. LMC has also developed and manages several commercial and office space centers. Our Apartment Communities, developed and maintained by our company, use a unique management style with On-site Resident Management Teams at each location. Leasing offices are open seven days a week and management is available 24 hours a day. Communities are typically constructed with large green space areas to create a spacious, neighborhood atmosphere. The one and two bedroom apartment homes feature a construction concept which creates two fronts to each building for enhanced curb appeal and greater energy efficiency. Washers and dryers and kitchen appliances are included in each of our apartments homes, as well as completely furnished options at select locations. New communities are primarily combined with Lindsey golf courses and offer residents affiliated privileges.
