MacKay specializes in the complete production of projects that include parts and assemblies for medical, aerospace and semi-conductor industries. Our services include laser welding, laser engraving, wire EDM, microscopic deburring and a class 10K clean room. We use automated robotics, Swiss turning technology and pallet delivery systems to create our machined parts from prototype to production. Quality assurance is guaranteed by accurate measurements and inspection through every shift, from initial set-up to shipping the finished product. MacKay Manufacturing embraces lean manufacturing, which has enabled us to grow and improve along with new technology and stringent customer requirements. This growth has created many employment opportunities for quality CNC machinists, as well as set-up and prototype machinists.
