Within standard ranges of ±2 g to ±400 g, most Silicon Designs MEMS capacitive accelerometers also continue to reliably perform within published specifications, including after exposures to 5000 g and in limited temperature exposures to +175°C. As the OEM of our own MEMS capacitive accelerometers and chips, Silicon Designs can provide exclusive benefits to our customers which are otherwise absent from the industry.
